Regenerative Braking System (RBS) Demo works under the principle of magnetic induction. The demonstration kit contains a joystick. When the joystick is pushed forward, the wheel will accelerate; whereas when it is pulled backward, the magnetic brake is activated such that the rotational energy of the wheel is converted into electrical energy by magnetic induction. The output of the electrical energy is connected to two pairs of banana sockets. Teachers/students can use Banana Plug LED (not included) for observation of energy generation and Banana Plug Super Capacitor (not included) for energy storage.
